Denver Waste Removal Service FAQ - by Elite Roll Off Services
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Please take a moment to read the following
information on Elite Roll-Off waste removal containers. These polices help us provide
the most efficient, hassle-free and economic service to you. To avoid additional
charges, please follow these rules and laws for safe, prompt service.
What can’t I put in dumpster?
By law, we cannot accept any toxic/hazardous waste (paint, herbicides, pesticides,
asbestos, chemicals, oil, tires, fuels or appliances with Freon).
Is there a weight limit?
Yes! 10yard containers have a 2 ton weight limit, 15yard container have a 3 ton
weight limit, 30yard container have a 6 ton weight limit. If you are loading heavy
material such as dirt, rock, concrete, brick, sod, shingles, asphalt you will have
to contact Elite’s office for instructions on loading. All overweight loads will
be charged $25.00 per half ton over weight limit.
Can I fill the container to the top?
All materials must be inside the container, nothing over the top of container. By
law we are required to tarp each load for transport. Heavy materials such as dirt,
rock, concrete, brick, sod, asphalt should not fill the container over 16 inches
from the bottom. All materials that exceed the top of container must be removed.
We cannot pick up a container that is over full. You will be responsible for removing
excess and a $50.00 return trip fee will be charged to return and pick-up container.
How long can I keep the container?
The price includes a rental period of up to 7 days for 10 & 15 yard containers.
You may extend the rental period for a additional $20.00 a day. The 30 yard container
rental period is 10 days. You may extend the rental period for an additional $35.00
a day. Contact Elite’s office if you need to keep container additional days.
Will container be picked-up automatically?
No! Please call when container is ready for pick-up. It is your responsibility to
give our office a 24-48 hours notice.
Can I move container?
No! We will do our best to place your container in a convenient and safe space,
you may not move container. Moving container causes damage to underside. If damage
occurs you are responsible for cost’s to correct.
As a renter you are responsible for the contents of the container and any damage
that occurs to our container while on your site.
